What a great little dealership. My 16 year old son started a detailing business this year so his wheels are an important part of being able to conduct business. Unfortunately, he hit a deer and totaled his truck so we were back in shopping mode. I went to many dealers looking for the right vehicle. The frustrating part is very few dealers even call you back, so we kept looking. Then one evening, I found United Auto Group. I did a little research on a truck they had and decided to make the 3 hour drive to check it out. I met Ahmed when I arrived and he was able answer all my questions. I took the truck for a drive and was impressed with it. Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure we received the best value for our dollar so we decided to purchase the truck. Chris helped us with the paperwork and was very professional. It was so refreshing to go to a dealer where they ask you questions because they actually care about your needs. The deal was super smooth. That evening, we received a call from Ahmed after hours as he knew we had a three hour drive home. He called to make sure we made home safely and told us to call him anytime if we had any questions or concerns. He wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. He even wrote a nice note for my son on the paperwork envelope (which we saw when we got home).

This is a very good and ethical dealership. Muhammad is the finance manager and he really does his best to work with every customer with nearly every financial situation. Also their vehicles are very high quality, solid, safe vehicles. Over the years I've avoided small dealerships like the plague because I hate being haggled. And nothing would make me angrier than buying a crappy vehicle, but that was not my experience and I'm pretty certain it won't be yours. The vehicles are nice, and Muhammad is going to do his best to work with you. I needed a 7 passenger quickly and United Auto Group worked with me. I even had to leave it on hold for a few days and again, they were happy to work with me. To show you I am a real person, when I saw the pictures of the vehicle online everything looked great. I couldn't see one scratch, but when I arrived I could see that the front fender/bumper had some damage. Muhammad went the extra mile and had his technician repair the damage right away. It nearly looks brand new! Overall it was a really positive experience and I plan to return soon for a small personal vehicle. So... if you're wondering if it's safe, the answer is Yes!
